Looks like a scene from BATMAN, in front of the "Gotham Ink and Color Co."
yes, we knew it as Mr. Kents Factory. He was the owner and he and Nonna got along very. I remember at Chrismas he give her cookies and candy...the company made ink ( of course)...I loved when they would open the two metal doors near the rook and hoist down the barrels of ink....
The Gotham Ink and Color Company is still in business out in Stony Brook Long Island.

Update on Gotham...Ron found them online, they are still in business. I wrote them and asked if they would like a copy of the picture....will let you know if I hear back...
